Due to continued growth, our client is looking to hire a Contracts Manager who is experienced in construction. The main duty of this role will be to oversee larger-scale projects within local authorities and law enforcement. Salary is circa £38,000 per annum; however, an increase may be available – subject to experience. You will be the main point of contact for clients, site managers and building contractors. You must also have a good health and safety understanding.
DUTIES OF THE ROLE
Producing plans
Estimating budgets and timescales.
Discussing, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating the terms of business contracts.
Agreeing budgets and timescales with clients.
Managing construction schedules and budgets.
Oversee the creation, execution, and analysis of contracts
