Key Responsibilities
Assist the Purchasing Manager with demand and shortfall planning
Process purchase orders and maintain ERP system accuracy
Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to secure favourable procurement deals
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate supply needs with relevant managers
Support On-Time Delivery In Full (OTDIF) objectives
Prepare weekly and monthly reports/statistics
Ensure compliance with quality systems, departmental KPIs, and company procedures
Collaborate with team members, managers, and directors across the business
Participate in stock cycle counts and continuous improvement initiatives
Support other duties as required
Skills & Experience
Proven ERP and Microsoft Office experience
Previous procurement, purchasing, or supply chain support experience
Highly organised with strong problem-solving skills
Flexible, hardworking, and positive attitude
Excellent communication, maths, and written skills
Customer service-focused and a true team player
Salary and Benefits
£27-30K
40 hours/week – Monday to Thursday 06:30–15:15, Friday 06:00–13:00 (flex available start/finish times)
Holiday: 33 days/year including bank holidays
Life assurance (3x basic annual salary)
Enhanced maternity/paternity pay (subject to eligibility)
Pension scheme (salary exchange: 5% EE, 3.5% ER)
