You will be allocated a dedicated consultant to support you throughout your recruitment project, so you will always have a single point of contact who knows your history; however, our teams are very much in the loop as to each client’s project status, so there will always be continuity if your advisor is temporarily unavailable. The advisor you work with will be allocated to you based on their own industry expertise, ensuring an enjoyable working experience a well guaranteed success in identifying your ideal hire.

Our thorough process is formed around the delivery of the following services:

• An initial consultation to understand your business, structure, ethos and short and long-term objectives. This includes visiting your company where possible and meeting with you face-to-face.
• Detailed discussion about the role you need to fill, including the previous experience, practical skillset and personality traits you expect applicants to have.
• Support with compiling the job specification if required, to ensure maximum engagement from the right level of applicant.
• Advertisement of your vacancy across multiple platforms, and active scouting of candidates from across our wide talent-network.
• Analysis and shortlisting of all applicants and submission of only the strongest for your consideration.
• Liaison between you and your selected applicants to ensure the interview and selection process runs smoothly.
• Coordination of relevant administration once you have made your selection, and facilitation of contract negotiation if required.
• On-going contact once the post has commenced to ensure the induction process is running smoothly and you and your new recruit are off to a great start!
