Once all potential candidates have been identified we will analyse and then shortlist only the strongest applicants for your consideration so you know you have the best CVs for your perusal.

Be your interview and selection process liaison

We will be the liaison between you and your selected applicants to ensure the interview and selection process runs smoothly and save you valuable time.

Provide administration and contract negotiation assistance

As an extension of your HR department, we will coordinate all relevant administration duties once you have made your candidate selection, and provide support in contract negotiation, if required.

Provide ongoing support

Our service doesn’t stop once your new hire is in post, we provide you with ongoing support to ensure the induction process is running smoothly and you and your new recruit are off to a great start!
