Our Manufacturing division has been operating for over 25 years and is at the heart of what we do here at Workshop Recruitment.

As the original division of the business, all four of our Directors have a background in manufacturing recruitment; with a combined 100 years of experience, we are now highly-regarded across the south coast as the experts in this sector.

We have built up strong working relationships with some of the area’s most influential manufacturing companies, and are a regular fixture walking the shop floors of their facilities to assess first-hand new vacancies that are coming up, and advise on future requirements.

The closeness we establish with our clients, and our prominent position within the local industry, means we are trusted to coordinate the recruitment of a huge number of permanent and temporary staff for organisations across the region.
