Our client is looking for a Scheduler to join their busy team. If you are organised, proactive and a strong communicator with experience in a fast-paced office/contact environment then this could be the position for you.
In this role you will be –
Ensuring that all works are efficiently and effectively resourced and managed from the point of receiving the order to the successful completion.
Planning for future jobs and appointments whilst anticipating capability to meet the demand through resourcing of operatives and sub-contractors.
Allocating the right operatives, based on their skills, availability and locality to the jobs that are nearing completion to ensure the appointment times/response times are met
Constantly monitoring the appointment screens and statuses to identify potential issues before they happen to make the correct decisions to rectify and own the issue through to resolution pulling on the Supervisors or Contract Manager if required.
Required Experience and skill sets –
Experience in working within a contact centre or office environment where scheduling is part of the role.
Strong communication, organisation and prioritising ability
Able to manage a high-volume workload effectively
Hours – Monday to Friday – operational hours are 8am – 6pm (40 hours a week within those operational hours)
Salary - £27,500 - £30,000 per annum dependant on experience
Location – Ryde office or Portsmouth office based with 1-2 days in Ryde a week.
