Site Secretary

You will be responsible for the day to day administration duties on site providing full secretarial and administration support to the site team to ensure the smooth running of the project office.

Role Responsibilities

- Minute taking & distribution of minutes
- Maintaining onsite document control processes
- Maintaining filing systems
- Performing data entry
- Organising refreshments for meetings
- Typing and issuing of site instructions
- Maintaining site attendance records
- Maintaining site consumables and stationery levels (and restocking when required)
- Compilation of site plot files
- Compilation of building H&S files
- Compilation of Project Managers monthly construction reports
- Maintaining petty cash records

Person Specification

- You will ideally have a minimum of 2 years` experience in a similar role preferably within the construction industry
- String typist and secretarial skills
- Proactive, take initiative and well organized
- Able to work under pressure
- Attention to detail and highly resourceful
- Positive approach to problem solving
- Ability to multi-task and work independently as well as in a team
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of project planning would be beneficial
- Knowledge of CDM and H&S regulations would be beneficial
