Workshop Recruitment is working with a fantastic client in Portsmouth who require a Trade Account Manager who can manage up to 400 trade accounts. You will manage the key relationships within this client base and actively develop business from the rest of the account base and look to acquire new customers.
Key Duties
Communicate with customers and prospective clients daily on a proactive basis ensuring that we qualify and establish budget and needs whilst delivering exceptional customer service, whilst building long lasting relationships.
Advising customers of any new product/promotions, relating to any marketing campaigns sent.
Resolving customer issues at all levels working closely with our customer service and operational teams.
Negotiate annual price increases and drive through additional revenue through upselling and sourcing additional lines of business with current and prospective clients.
Set up existing and new customers via our CRM and website
Achieve your individual sales targets in line with company requirements.
Expand your client base and spend in line with agreed company target
Video calls and customer visits where necessary
Skills and Knowledge
First class client relationship management skills
Excellent communicator - ability to build relations on the phone, an excellent telephone manner is a must
Well organised, accurate and methodical approach
Able to work under pressure and to deadlines
Good admin and data entry skills
Excellent business development skills
Able to collaborate and work well within a team
Confident and resilient
Other Information
Base salary up to £30K, opportunity for £5K additional OTE (uncapped)
20 days holiday
9am - 5pm, Mon - Fri (37.5 hour week)
