Our client is an award-winning events & media company who specialise in creating business communities and the delivery of content through varying media types and international exhibitions & conferences.

They are looking for a motivated, consultative Sales Executive who has previous business development experience to and confident talking to senior decision makers and executives.

Duties

  • Provide consultative solutions from the product portfolio to UK and European clients.
  • Outbound sales promoting a range of services across digital, events, and sponsorships opportunities
  • Manage client relationships and accounts effectively.
  • Source and convert new business opportunities.
  • Maintain regular contact with prospective, previous, and existing customers via calls and social media.
  • Achieve targets, KPIs, and business goals.

Experience and Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of outbound B2B sales experience
  • Strong pipeline management and organisational skills.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to engage senior professionals.
  • Resilient, target-driven, and motivated by results.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with CRM systems.

Working Hours

  • 8.30am – 5pm Monday to Friday (Fully office based)
  • (1 Hour Lunch)

Salary and Reward

  • £26,000 – £29,000 basic + Uncapped OTE (Circa £42,000 in first year)
  • 6.6 weeks annual leave (including Christmas close-down)
