Work from home role

As a PPC Executive you’ll be a key member of our team, responsible for creating and driving the best PPC campaigns. This will be achieved through developing best-in-class ad copy, optimising all campaigns, working across a mixture of paid search, display and paid social. You will monitor and track performance using commercial KPIs and continually improve the campaigns through key insights gained.

You will possess a strong sense of ownership for meeting your deliverables – tracking performance to plan continually and naturally approaching your role with an entrepreneurial mind-set to ensure the business targets are achieved at all times. You will be obsessed with attention to detail and enjoy driving tangible results.

This role reports to the Performance Marketing Manager and will work closely with the Head of SEO and Data.

Role responsibilities

  • Define, execute and measure biddable media campaigns, ensuring all commercial and customer metrics are delivered
  • Optimising campaigns by adjusting bids for demographics, devices and audiences
  • Apply creativity through ad copy and test to continually increase performance
  • Develop test/learn/test process to successfully drive PPC campaign results
  • Own the testing of new APIs and Google Ads beta
  • Manage workload across multiple biddable media projects including Google Ads, Bing Ads and Social Paid channels
  • Measure success of campaigns through development of analysing and reporting where enhancements can be made
  • Conduct insightful market and competitor analysis to fully understand the dynamics of the market
  • Work to develop and drive improved efficiencies and processes
  • Proactively keep up to date with the latest biddable media trends, with a view to apply these to the business where applicable

Attributes

  • Previous PPC experience is essential, 1-2 years minimum
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads and other PPC channels
  • Experience in developing biddable media strategies and executing these
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented role
  • Strong prioritisation and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to think through, and deliver, exceptional end-to-end customer experience
  • Data/results driven, meticulous, resourceful and efficient
  • Certification in both Google Ads and Analytics would be advantageous
  • Demonstrated ability and self-motivation to excel within an environment of change and a drive for continuous improvement
  • Proactive at developing and suggesting new ideas
  • Curious nature, not afraid to use own initiative and find solutions to problems
