I am looking for a Service Manager with Commissioning experience for a new nursing home (recently opened). The home is managed by one of the UK`s leading health and social care providers with the unique attribute of being majority owned by its employees. The home consists of 60 resident places, comprising 12 reablement beds, 36 dementia nursing beds and 12 complex dementia nursing beds.

This is an exciting time to join this beautiful state of the art nursing home and lead the strong team of Staff Nurses and Specialist Care Workers that will be based there.

What the Candidate requires
• A nursing Qualification with Valid NMC Pin Number (RGN/ RMN)
• Leadership experience
• Strong clinical nursing knowledge/ experience
• Effective social and influencing skills
