Workshop Recruitment have an exciting new opportunity for a Project Manager to join a well-respected client of ours based in Petersfield. The company are a market leader providing and servicing innovative solutions and products for smoke control, ventilation, climate technology and solar shading.
The Project Manager will be responsible for the management of projects from receipt of order to final handover to the customer, including the management of design, procurement, manufacturing, expediting, contract & commercial correspondence, commissioning, handover and finance. All projects must be delivered safely, to the correct quality, within the noted time period, to the contracted requirements and on budget.
Experience
3- 5 years’ experience in running multi-trade projects with a multiple product base.
Experience within the construction industry
A proven track record in successful project planning and management
Good experience with QHSE procedures
Excellent organisation skills to plan the use of people and resources.
Strong interpersonal skills to motivate and lead people and teams.
Ability to monitor and control budgets
Good communication and negotiation skills to manage expectations.
NVQ/HND qualification in Project Management, Construction or Business
Site management experience (Desirable)
Degree level qualification in Project Management, Construction or Business (Desirable)
SMSTS or SSSTS (Desirable)
Package
£35,000 - £40,000 (DOE)
25 days holidays + 8 bank holidays
