Their looking for an experienced gardener who understands that true maintenance is about detail, consistency and long-term thinking.
Responsibilities
You’ll be part of their dedicated Maintenance & Aftercare team, responsible for the ongoing care and development of high-end private gardens.
Your work will include:
Expert lawn care, hedge cutting and fine pruning
Detailed border management and seasonal planting
Training and shaping shrubs, climbers and orchard trees
Irrigation checks and general garden health monitoring
Maintaining terraces, pathways and hard landscaping elements
Working professionally and confidently with clients on site
This is hands-on horticulture at a high level
What We’re Looking For
Has 4+ years’ experience in horticulture or garden maintenance
Holds a Level 2 qualification (or higher) in Horticulture (preferred)
Has strong plant knowledge and understands seasonal garden management
Holds a full UK clean driving licence
Communicates clearly and professionally
Takes responsibility and works to consistently high standards
Work on beautifully designed, high-profile gardens
Exposure to award-winning landscape projects
