Are you an organised Co-ordinator with strong account management, customer support, administrative skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving?

Do you have experience within import/export coordination mainly via Sea, but Road or Air would be great too?

Do you enjoy managing multiple priorities while delivering excellent customer service?

Acting as a point of contact for customers, suppliers and internal/external teams, you will support the day-to-day management of import and export activities, ensuring processes run efficiently and customers receive a high standard of service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operational workloads to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Using in house and port/freight systems to process import and export shipments accurately and within agreed timescales
  • Process customer invoicing and ensure supplier costs are recorded accurately
  • Escalate operational issues that may impact service delivery or deadlines
  • Maintain compliance with company procedures and operational standards
  • Build strong relationships with customers and provide ongoing support
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to maintain service quality

Skills & Knowledge Required

  • Previous experience ideally in a Sea freight, logistics, or coordination role (Road and air freight can be taught if no experience)
  • Strong organisational and workload management skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues proactively
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Positive, professional, and team-focused attitude
  • Confidence working across multiple stakeholders and departments
  • Commitment to delivering excellent customer service

Hours

  • Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm – 1hr lunch break

Salary

  • £30,000 - £34,000 + Quarterly incentive scheme (After 6 months)
