Job Description

Our client, who has multiple offices in the south coast, who are going through substantial geographical growth due to the increased use of their service due to the high standard reports, valuations and level of service offered to their customers and clients. They are looking for additional surveyors to join the team, where all are valued and a good work life balance is offered, alongside a great office based team to support your duties and the coordination your appointments.

You must be an AssocRICS, MRICS, FRICS qualified surveyor, must also have Registered Valuer Status, and be based in South East or South West London, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Reading, Sevenoaks and North Kent areas.

You will attend both Commercial and Residential sectors completing building surveys, valuations, condition reports and maintenance (PPMs) surveying.

The company work on the principle of a single high-quality Level 2 or Level 3 Survey per day, therefore offering a higher standard of life for surveyors than most firms, with an active social scene, regular CPD, oversight and coaching from an MRICS Director or FRICS survey coach for continual feedback and improvement.

Pay and Reward

• £45,000 - £60,000 basic pay depending on experience / qualification level
• 5k car allowance
• 5k London living allowance (where relevant – close to M25)

• 4 day full time working week available once established
