The primary purposes of this role are to make high quality outbound telemarketing calls on specific client campaigns, perform basic campaign related admin and build a good relationship with your clients. All whilst consistently achieving and surpassing KPI and targets set by the business.

Role Responsibilities:
Make telemarketing calls as part of client campaigns
Ensure consistent contact is made with clients
Make daily contact with live clients
Catch up with lapsed clients when required
Work with wider team and clients to ensure calling data is accurate and up to date
Draft script and email copy for internal review
Participate in client campaign briefings
Play an active role on client calls and in client meetings
Suggest opportunities internally to improve campaigns (pitch and data)
Ensure all associated administration is completed.
Understand and monitor own KPIs and come to 1:1s and reviews ready to discuss
Skills and Knowledge:
Previous outbound sales, lead generation or appointment setting experience
Comfortable liaising and building rapport with clients
Understands client and campaign objectives
Good, general IT skills, able to produce reports and update CRM etc.
