Life Insurance Sales Advisor

Permanent, Full Time, 100% Office Based

Are you an experienced Life Insurance or Protection Sales professional looking for your next opportunity?
Join an established independent business experiencing an exciting period of growth. You’ll be joining a successful team in a modern office environment, with excellent transport links and a genuine opportunity to earn up to £65,000 OTE.

The Role

• Sell Life Insurance and Protection products from leading UK providers
• Work with warm leads through inbound and outbound calls
• Build strong client relationships and provide a consultative sales approach
• Negotiate effectively and work towards agreed sales targets and KPIs
• Maintain accurate records and operate within FCA/compliance guidelines
• Ensure customers’ needs and best interests remain at the heart of every sale

About You

• At least 12 months’ experience selling Life Insurance or Protection
• Strong advisory and consultative sales knowledge
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs
• Confident communicating with customers over the telephone
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
• Professional, motivated and driven to succeed

What’s on Offer?

• £30,000 basic salary + Uncalled OTE circa £65,000
• Monday–Friday | 9:00am/9.30am –5:30pm / 6:00pm
