Group Clinical Development Nurse

We are looking for a Group Clinical Development Nurse to join The Management Team for a highly successful care service provider specialising in the care of the elderly.

This is a full-time role for 37.5 hours a week with a salary of £48,000 per annum.
Department: Multi sites- across all Homes within the Group
Location: To be located in the South of England

Applicants should meet the following criteria:
RGN/RMN or both
Certificate in Elderly care
Management Qualification

Duties of this role include:
Responsible for providing clinical direction and strong professional leadership to all Nursing and Clinical staff within the hospital.
To share best practice at all times
To remain clinically up to date with current legislation
To lead and drive the delivery of excellent clinical standards of care, driving a culture of patient safety, clinical effectiveness and continuous improvement for the patient experience.
As a member of the Senior Management Team, the Director of Clinical Services works with the Executive Director and Director of Operations/Operations Manager, to create and deliver the strategic, operational and business development plan for the hospital.
Lead the team to deliver care that helps improve the health of the individual and wider community.
Lead the team in demonstrating compassion through effective relationships based on empathy, respect and dignity.
Ensure the Quality and Compliance Manager is kept up to date with any compliance concern.
To support and encourage staff to write care plans and risk assessments.
To support the operational team to fully address issues arising from CQC Visits, Safeguarding`s and meeting.
Encourage staff retention through a positive, honest and open culture
To improve the QCQ rating to Good and aspire to become outstanding
To support completion of company audits
To review the company`s continuous improvement plans.
Ensure security of records and comply with GDPR legislation
