If you are passionate about design, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love seeing your work make an impact in the real world — this could be the perfect next step in your career. You will be responsible for creating visually engaging designs that connect with consumers and strengthen brand identity across product, retail, and marketing channels.

Key Duties

  • Design impactful visuals for print, packaging, and POS materials.
  • Work closely with internal teams to develop creative concepts and deliver marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare and supply artwork to printers and suppliers — ensuring precision, colour accuracy, and print quality.
  • Contribute creative input to brand presentations, digital assets, and marketing collateral.
  • Explore and integrate AI-driven design tools (such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney) to enhance creativity and workflow.
  • Keep up to date with design trends, materials, and production techniques.

Skills & Experience

  • 3–5 years’ professional design experience (agency or in-house) – essential
  • Proven expertise in print, packaging, and POS design
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, and brand consistency
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • A collaborative, proactive approach with high attention to detail
  • Interest in emerging technologies and AI-assisted design tools

Desirable:

  • Experience creating 3D product visuals or realistic mock-ups
  • Basic motion graphics or digital design knowledge
  • Experience maintaining multi-channel brand consistency
