Our client requires an experienced injection moulder who can oversee the factory, warehouse and workshop with a hands-on approach.
You will use your knowledge between tool, material, ancillaries, press and process to successfully diagnose and solve problems.
Duties:
Review production processes on a frequent basis, ensuring that mould tools and ancillary equipment are running at optimal output
Perform troubleshooting, identify root cause and mitigation activities
Supporting the Manufacturing Moulding Team, highlighting opportunities for improvements in the existing processes, working environment and improvements in mould and machine efficiency
Ensure health and safety, industry regulations and validated processes are adhered to
Promote and encourage good housekeeping levels
Overseeing the production and warehouse team of 7
Ideal Candidate:
Experience in Injection Moulding Processing
Extensive knowledge of injection moulding tooling, processes, techniques and implementation
A logical and methodical approach to their duties
Tool Maintenance
Good Communication & People Skills
Basic Machine Maintenance
Licence/Certification:
Fork Lift Licence (preferred)
