Our client requires an experienced injection moulder who can oversee the factory, warehouse and workshop with a hands-on approach.

You will use your knowledge between tool, material, ancillaries, press and process to successfully diagnose and solve problems.

Duties:

  • Review production processes on a frequent basis, ensuring that mould tools and ancillary equipment are running at optimal output
  • Perform troubleshooting, identify root cause and mitigation activities
  • Supporting the Manufacturing Moulding Team, highlighting opportunities for improvements in the existing processes, working environment and improvements in mould and machine efficiency
  • Ensure health and safety, industry regulations and validated processes are adhered to
  • Promote and encourage good housekeeping levels
  • Overseeing the production and warehouse team of 7

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in Injection Moulding Processing
  • Extensive knowledge of injection moulding tooling, processes, techniques and implementation
  • A logical and methodical approach to their duties
  • Tool Maintenance
  • Good Communication & People Skills
  • Basic Machine Maintenance

Licence/Certification:

  • Fork Lift Licence (preferred)
