About the role

As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly. This is a hands-on position where no two days are the same—you will be involved in everything from goods-in to dispatch, ensuring customers receive their orders accurately and on time.

What you will be doing

  • Receiving and unloading deliveries safely
  • Checking goods against delivery notes and reporting discrepancies
  • Picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders
  • Updating stock and shipment data using warehouse systems
  • Moving and organising stock within the warehouse
  • Supporting stock checks and inventory control
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient working environment
  • Following health & safety procedures at all times

What we are looking for

  • Previous warehouse experience (preferred but not essential)
  • Good level of physical fitness (manual handling involved)
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Reliable, adaptable, and able to manage changing priorities
  • Basic IT skills (Microsoft packages)
  • Counterbalance forklift licence (desirable, not essential)
  • Good understanding of health & safety practices
