Key Responsibilities

  • Lead process improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
  • Manage engineering projects from concept through to production handover.
  • Support equipment installation and commissioning.
  • Investigate and resolve production issues using structured problem-solving techniques.
  • Produce and maintain engineering documentation, including SOPs, BOMs, PFMEAs, ECRs and ECOs.
  • Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and process validation.
  • Work cross-functionally to improve quality, efficiency, and production performance.

About You

  • Experience in a Process or Manufacturing Engineering role.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean/Continuous Improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
  • Experience within a manufacturing environment.
