Wood Machinist

Job Description

Our client is an expanding and busy company who construct a variety of bespoke kitchens and furniture for their clients. They are looking for an experienced Wood Machinist to join their team.

Job requirements

• Machining timber and cutting panel
• Assembling doors, framework and other kitchen/furniture
• Working on a variety of machines such as: Spindle Moulders, Four-Sided planer and an Overhand planer.
• Some heavy lifting

Candidate requirements

• 2 years of experience as a wood machinist
• Knowledge of hardwood timber
• versatile and hard-working
• Able to work independently and in a team

Hours

• Mon – Thur - 07:45 – 17:00
• Friday 07:45 – 14:30
