The Role

As an Asbestos Supervisor, you'll lead site teams, ensure compliance with asbestos regulations and health & safety legislation, and maintain excellent standards of workmanship on every project.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise licensed and non-licensed asbestos removal works.
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently and in line with current legislation.
• Promote and maintain the highest standards of health, safety and compliance on site.
• Support the preparation of Risk Assessments, Method Statements and safe systems of work.
• Ensure all asbestos and health & safety regulations are adhered to at all times.
• Build positive working relationships with clients, contractors and residents.
• Complete all required site documentation accurately and on time.
• Maintain daily records including timesheets, respirator checks and health records.
• Lead, support and monitor site teams, identifying training needs and providing regular feedback to management.
• Record site issues and operational information using company reporting systems.

What We're Looking For

Essential

• Atleast1 years experience working as an Asbestos Supervisor.
• Strong knowledge of asbestos regulations and health & safety legislation.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Good written and IT skills, including confidence using tablets or PCs.
