As a Lifting Equipment / LOLER Engineer, you'll work across customer sites carrying out inspections, servicing and repairs while ensuring equipment remains safe and compliant. This role offers ongoing support, LEEA training and the chance to develop your career as a Lifting Equipment / LOLER Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out LOLER inspections and thorough examinations.
Service and repair hoists, slings, shackles and gantries.
Ensure compliance with LOLER and PUWER regulations.
Complete inspection reports and certification accurately.
Diagnose mechanical faults and carry out repairs.
Provide excellent customer service on site.
Maintain company equipment and vehicle.
Follow all health and safety procedures.
Skills & Experience
Experience as a Lifting Equipment / LOLER Engineer, lifting equipment engineer or within mechanical engineering.
Knowledge of LOLER and PUWER regulations.
NVQ, City & Guilds or equivalent engineering qualification.
Full UK driving licence.
Strong fault-finding and mechanical skills.
Good written communication for inspection reports.
Ability to work independently in a field-based role.
