Are you an experienced Ratio Cell Turner Operator with CNC turning experience and the ability to interpret engineering drawings to tight tolerances? Join a leading high-performance engineering manufacturer supplying precision components to world-class automotive and motorsport industries. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Ratio Cell Turner Operator to work with advanced machining technology in a modern manufacturing environment where quality, teamwork and continuous improvement are at the heart of everything.
Key Responsibilities
Set, operate and monitor Ratio Turning Machine Centres.
Interpret engineering drawings and work to GD&T requirements.
Inspect components using handheld and electronic measuring equipment.
Complete quality control documentation and production records.
Prepare machines with the correct tooling and fixtures.
Package finished components and transfer them to the next process.
Work collaboratively within a manufacturing cell to meet production targets.
Support continuous improvement and maintain high health and safety standards.
Skills & Experience
Previous experience as a Ratio Cell Turner Operator or CNC Turning Operator.
Strong understanding of CNC machine setup methodologies.
Knowledge of ISO Fanuc G-codes and general tool paths.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Experience working to tight tolerances and GD&T standards.
Competent using precision measuring equipment.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
A proactive approach to quality, safety and continuous improvement.
