Responsibilities
Produce general arrangement drawings, 3D models, detailed fabrication drawings, and bills of materials.
Use Autodesk Advance Steel and AutoCAD to deliver accurate and high-quality designs
Interpret sales briefs and survey information to develop technical solutions
Liaise closely with internal sales, fabrication, and installation teams
Ensure drawings comply with engineering standards and project specifications
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail throughout all design stages
Requirements
Professional experience using Autodesk Advance Steel and AutoCAD
Background in mechanical design, engineering principles, and steel structures
Ability to produce GA drawings, fabrication drawings, and BOMs
Strong management and organisational skills
Self-motivated and comfortable working under pressure
Team player with good communication skills
Full UK driving licence and own transport
