Workshop Recruitment is supporting a global manufacturing business in the search for a Spanish & Portuguese Sales Administrator to join their busy customer support team. The successful Spanish & Portuguese Sales Administrator will provide administrative and sales support to customers across Spanish and Portuguese-speaking regions, ensuring enquiries, orders, and requests are handled efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Respond to customer enquiries via telephone and email
  • Provide sales administration support to internal and external stakeholders
  • Liaise with customers regarding deliveries, quotations, and product information
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer queries
  • Monitor order progress and provide updates where required
  • Support the wider sales and customer service team

Skills & Knowledge Required

  • Fluent Spanish and Portuguese language skills, both written and spoken
  • Previous sales administration or customer service experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Professional and customer-focused approach
  • Experience working within an international business environment advantageous
