Job Description
We're looking for an organised, proactive, and customer-focused Service Coordinator to join our busy Service team.
This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You'll be the key point of contact for a portfolio of customers, coordinating service and remedial works, supporting engineers, preparing quotations, and building strong customer relationships.

The Role
As a Service Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring customers receive an outstanding experience from initial enquiry through to the completion of service works.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing your own portfolio of customers and acting as their main point of contact.
- Building strong customer relationships through excellent service and proactive communication.
- Scheduling service visits and remedial works, ensuring engineers have all the information they need to complete jobs efficiently.
- Producing accurate quotations for service contracts, renewals, contract uplifts and additional works.
- Identifying opportunities to promote additional products and services where appropriate.
- Preparing RAMS and associated service documentation.
- Ordering parts and raising purchase orders with suppliers.
- Maintaining accurate customer records, service contracts and CRM information.
- Producing daily and weekly reports to support the Service team.
- Assisting with forecasting engineer workloads by monitoring service contracts and upcoming jobs.
- Working closely with colleagues across multiple departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

You'll ideally have:
- Previous administration and account management experience within a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- The ability to prioritise a busy workload and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good IT skills and experience using CRM systems (or the ability to learn new systems quickly).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- A positive, proactive approach and genuine passion for helping customers.
