Workshop Recruitment are looking for experienced landscapers to runs teams of 2 and 3 building garden of all shapes and sizes. Our client has 50 years’ experience and thousands of delighted customers, our client is highly regarded for its professional garden design, construction and maintenance.

About this role:

  • Running a team, providing clear and direct instructions
  • Ensure all relevant vehicles, machinery and materials are available for the start of each working day
  • Ensure landscape work is carried out to the correct plan
  • Adapting the site arrangements to reflect weather/working conditions
  • Responible for onsite health and safety
  • Accurate of recording of times and materials used on site
  • Liaise with the designer and client regarding modifications

About you:

  • Practical Hard landscape skills
  • Experience of running a team
  • Experience working from plans and to customer specification
  • Adapting the site arrangements to reflect weather/working conditions of the day
  • Risk assessments and onsite health and safety
  • 7.5 tonne driving experience
  • Soft Landscaping skills
  • Plant identification and knowledge
  • A full UK driving license
