Workshop Recruitment are looking for experienced garden maintenance team leaders to join their team, maintaining gardens, grounds of all shapes and sizes across Southern Hampshire. You will be tasked with providing potential and existing clients with a range of professional aftercare services for their gardens. Our client has 50 years’ experience and thousands of delighted customers, our client is highly regarded for its professional garden design, construction and maintenance.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Plant Knowledge and Identification
  • Soft Landscape experience
  • Plant care, pruning and shaping experience
  • Garden Machinery Knowledge
  • Risk Assessment and onsite health and safety
  • A full UK driving license

Qualifications (Desirable):

  • PA1/PA6 Spraying Certificates
  • NPTC Chainsaw Certificate of equivalent
  • Experience in domestic and commercial clients
  • Pest and disease knowledge
