Our client is one of the largest solar companies in the UK with over 15 years combined industry experience, based in Fareham they pride ourselves on being market leaders by continuously keeping on the forefront of the latest research and technology.

Putting their customers at the heart of everything they do; from initial consultation through to post-installation, supporting our customers throughout ensuring expectations are met tailoring a unique solution for each customer’s home. Coupling this with the highest quality brands ensuring the customer receives great returns on investment and reassurance of the product(s) longevity.

The company are proud members of RECC, NICEIC, MCS, FCA and TRUSTMARK, amongst other qualifications. Have the highest electrical certifications in the industry and are also involved in regulations of the renewable energy industry, continually keeping the team trained to the highest standards in this ever-evolving market.

Providing works in the Hampshire, Sussex and Surrey areas your duties include:

  • Being paired with a roofer to complete one solar installation per day. (No overnight stays from home are required.) yo will be working across Hampshire, parts of Surry, and Sussex

The role:

  • The company has over 2000 domestic installations to complete in the southern regions some installations can be completed with the team back at home for 1pm and others will extend until late in the evening flexibility with hours will be required.
  • The company offers the team the flexibility to get on with the weeks installations in order to have a Friday off or an early finish, with the simple requirement of the job just needs to be finished to satisfaction.

Experience / Qualifications / Skills required:

  • 18th Edition
  • 2391 test and inspection
  • AM2
  • Electrical NVQ 3
  • Fully qualified
  • Full clean driving license
  • Delivery of an excellent customer service
  • Solar PV experience helpful but full in the field training on systems and processes are given.
  • We are looking for the can-do problem-solving attitude and in return the best renumeration in the industry is offered.

Additional Info:

  • The successful candidate will get a van and fuel card for work to share with their team member.
