The work will include electrical test and inspection, fault finding, rewiring, heating systems and non- licensed asbestos removal where training will be given.
Qualifications that are essential
Craft Qualification NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
18th Edition of the wiring regulations
C&G 2391 or equivalent highly desirable
Experience
2-5 years’ experience of working in Social Housing or Building Maintenance environment
