Our client is looking for a professional experienced plumber with tiling experience to carry out work within the Fareham area. You will be ripping out bathrooms, re-fitting, tiling, cabinetry, wet room experience is essential, also working on a re-active maintenance & repair basis. The type of properties that the work will be carried out in will be domestic, Schools, Libraries, Public Conveniences, A DBS is a must.
Knowledge Required & Key Responsibilities:
3-5 years plumbing / hard plumbing experience
Soldering experience
Tiling essential
Own tools
Multi skills an advantage
Minor carpentry – Bathroom cabinetry fitting
Wet Rooms
Plumbing repairs
Re-active maintenance
Excellent customer service
Trouble shooting
Required Qualifications:
NVQ level 2-3 in plumbing
Full Driving License
PASMA / IPAF (desirable)
Your main trade must be a Plumber with tiling experience essential, multi trade skills such as the following would be a great advantage
Flooring
Carpentry
General Glazing
Brickwork
Groundworks
Plastering
