Are you an experienced Plumber Multi Trade with strong bathroom installation skills and the ability to complete repairs across multiple trades?
A well-established property maintenance organisation is looking for a hardworking and flexible Plumber Multi Trade to support residential repairs and maintenance across the Fareham area. You will diagnose faults, complete high-quality repairs and provide additional multi-trade support where required. This Plumber Multi Trade role would suit someone with a practical, can-do approach who is comfortable working independently in occupied properties and delivering the right repair first time.
Job Responsibilities
Diagnose and complete plumbing and multi-trade repairs.
Carry out bathroom installations, including associated tiling.
Respond quickly to emergency repairs and resolve issues efficiently.
Support other trades to deliver safe and professional maintenance services.
Keep residents informed of progress and planned works.
Maintain accurate job records, including photographic evidence where required.
Follow Health & Safety procedures, risk assessments and method statements.
Participate in an out-of-hours on-call rota when required.
Skills & Knowledge Required
Hold an NVQ Level 2–3 in Plumbing or equivalent.
Demonstrate over 3 years’ relevant trade experience, ideally within residential repairs.
Have at least 3 years’ experience completing bathroom installations.
Be competent in at least two additional trade skills.
Possess a good understanding of residential Building Regulations.
Demonstrate strong fault-finding and right-first-time repair skills.
Communicate professionally with tenants, including in challenging situations.
Hold a full current UK driving licence and be willing to complete a DBS check.
