Our client is a well-established, award-winning landscaping business with over 50 years’ experience. They are looking for a hands-on Team Leader for a garden maintenance team. You’ll lead a small team, deliver high standards of garden care, and be the face of service excellence for their clients.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support a garden maintenance team, ensuring jobs are delivered to the highest standard.
Coordinate daily workload, engage with clients, and ensure teams are equipped and scheduled efficiently.
Monitor the team’s performance, quality of work, and punctuality; maintain high standards of service and client satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Maintain tools, equipment and materials; ensure safe and compliant site operations.
Provide on-site leadership, support and guidance to the team to motivate and deliver results.
Skills and Knowledge
Proven experience in garden maintenance, horticulture or landscaping.
Strong leadership attributes with experience supervising or supporting a team.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Good knowledge of plant care, garden machinery and maintenance best practices.
Able to work outdoors, in varying conditions, and committed to delivering excellent customer service.
Able to drive a large van and operate machinery
Have or obtain a PA1 / PA6 spraying certificate
Full UK driving licence.
Salary and Benefits
£28-32K per annum
Vehicle provided (to use between yard and client sites)
Competitive salary, dependent on experience with overtime available
