Domestic Garden Builder

Job Description

Our client is a well-established, award-winning landscaping business with over 50 years’ experience. They are looking for a skilled Domestic Garden Builder who takes pride in creating show-standard gardens and wants to work within a professional, friendly team. You will be skilled in both soft and hard landscaping.

Main Duties

• Building high-quality domestic gardens: setting out sites, working levels, installing features.
• Lay patios and pathways
• Laying lawns, planting and other soft landscaping
• Operating a mini-digger.
• Driving a 7.5 ton lorry (or prepared to obtain licence + test).
• Working on sites largely within a 15 mile radius of Botley — travel time paid.
• Ensuring all work meets our company’s high standards for finish and client satisfaction.

Skills and Knowledge

• Proven experience in garden construction, landscaping or groundworks.
• Strong, fit, and ready to be hands-on with garden build tasks day-to-day.
• Willing to drive or train to drive a 7.5 ton vehicle.
• Able to reliably commute to the Botley site or willing to relocate prior to start.
