If you are highly organised, technically minded, and thrive in a dynamic environment, this is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting the shaping of their procurement strategy as well as overseeing their fleet administration.
Main Duties
Oversee the administration and management of all fleet vehicles - approx. 70 — from procurement through to handover and ongoing support.
Monitor driver vehicle checks, analyse data, and promote safe driving practices across the business.
Liaise with suppliers and partners to ensure smooth handover and maintenance of fleet vehicles.
Support implementation of Group-wide fleet management software.
Maintain accurate records of driving licences and manage the Group’s fleet insurance and claims process.
Handle traffic offences (PCNs), ensuring timely resolution and accurate reporting.
Support the strategic development of the Group’s fleet as the business continues to grow.
Support the delivery of cost-effective, timely purchasing of goods and services aligned with company strategy and brand.
Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure reliable and efficient procurement.
Conduct market research to identify best costs, market trends, and new opportunities.
Source products and services in line with Group procurement policies and best practice.
Skills and Experience
Experience in procurement or fleet coordination roles (or a related administrative or operational position).
Technically minded, ideally with some understanding of vehicle maintenance or fleet operations.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Detail-oriented, accurate, and highly organised.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a logical, proactive mindset.
Confident using Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Outlook).
Professional, approachable, and resilient under pressure.
