If you are highly organised, technically minded, and thrive in a dynamic environment, this is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting the shaping of their procurement strategy as well as overseeing their fleet administration.

Main Duties

  • Oversee the administration and management of all fleet vehicles - approx. 70 — from procurement through to handover and ongoing support.
  • Monitor driver vehicle checks, analyse data, and promote safe driving practices across the business.
  • Liaise with suppliers and partners to ensure smooth handover and maintenance of fleet vehicles.
  • Support implementation of Group-wide fleet management software.
  • Maintain accurate records of driving licences and manage the Group’s fleet insurance and claims process.
  • Handle traffic offences (PCNs), ensuring timely resolution and accurate reporting.
  • Support the strategic development of the Group’s fleet as the business continues to grow.
  • Support the delivery of cost-effective, timely purchasing of goods and services aligned with company strategy and brand.
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure reliable and efficient procurement.
  • Conduct market research to identify best costs, market trends, and new opportunities.
  • Source products and services in line with Group procurement policies and best practice.

Skills and Experience

  • Experience in procurement or fleet coordination roles (or a related administrative or operational position).
  • Technically minded, ideally with some understanding of vehicle maintenance or fleet operations.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Detail-oriented, accurate, and highly organised.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a logical, proactive mindset.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Outlook).
  • Professional, approachable, and resilient under pressure.
