They are looking for an additional support team member to join the team in the Head office as a Sales Coordinator.
This role suits someone who takes pride in accuracy and organisation, someone who enjoys supporting others and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
You’ll work closely with our Buying and Sales Director, providing vital administrative and coordination support across our sales processes.
Key Responsibilities
New account creation and management
Maintain accurate customer accounts and records.
Update details and resolve queries promptly.
Prepare product Setup & New Line Forms
Liaise with new customers on setup details and timelines of deliveries
Coordinate internally to ensure product launches are accurate and on time.
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Buying & Sales Director.
Organise files, prepare documents and presentations for others.
Support with sales proposals, quotations, and order follow-ups.
Prepare reports and assist with sales analysis.
Maintain accurate data across CRM and internal systems.
Handle general customer queries professionally.
Liaise with sales, purchasing, logistics, marketing, and finance to ensure smooth operations.
Skills and Experience
Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Calm under pressure and able to manage multiple priorities.
Clear and confident communicator (written and verbal).
Experienced in office administration, account management, or sales coordination.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Dependable, professional, and proud of delivering consistent, accurate work.
Salary
£20,00.00-£26,500.00 (Pro rata to hours worked)
Hours
Monday – Friday within office hours – 30 hours or more
Flexibility is offered - whether you prefer school-friendly hours (9:00–15:00) or a full-time schedule this can be discussed.
