An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and organised Service Coordinator / Administrator to join a busy and dynamic maintenance and facilities team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating day-to-day operations, supporting service delivery, and ensuring excellent customer service standards are maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Record and maintain accurate information from operatives, subcontractors, clients, and internal teams.
  • Ensure all internal systems and databases are updated with relevant and accurate information.
  • Respond to emails and manage shared inboxes in a professional and timely manner.
  • Support management teams in planning and coordinating daily works schedules.
  • Allocate operatives and subcontractors based on skill set, availability, location, and job priority.
  • Monitor appointments and ensure works are completed efficiently while minimising travel time and downtime.
  • Carry out customer satisfaction surveys and assist with compiling monthly performance reports.
  • Order materials and equipment as required.
  • Escalate issues and provide feedback to management where necessary.
  • Support the delivery of excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients and customers.

Experience & Skills

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
  • Accurate keyboard and data entry skills.
  • Good organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritise workloads and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of scheduling, coordination, or administration processes.
  • Basic knowledge of building maintenance or trade environments would be advantageous.
  • Good geographical awareness and route-planning understanding.

Hours

  • 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday
