Responsibilities:
Supervising a team in the warehouse
Responsible for overseeing all warehouse activity
Testing all new products received from overseas for damage/packaging and all in working order before going into stock
Testing and diagnosing any returned damaged valves, accessories, before booking into stock.
Build Trade sample displays
Maintaining the RMA (returns rack) and reporting details to customer service
Ensure all products that leave the warehouse are in full working order.
Where necessary help with picking and packing products ready for dispatch or if return.
Adhere to all health and safety procedures.
