Workshop Recruitment is recruiting for an experienced CNC Operator to join an established manufacturing business based in Havant.
The ideal candidate will have previous CNC machining experience, preferably within joinery, woodworking or a manufacturing environment. Experience operating HOMAG machinery would be advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
Operating CNC machinery and following production programmes.
Reading technical drawings, CAD drawings and shop floor instructions.
Working to tight tolerances and maintaining quality standards.
Carrying out routine machine maintenance and housekeeping.
Following company procedures and Health & Safety requirements.
Skills & Experience:
Previous CNC machine operating experience.
HOMAG experience advantageous.
Joinery or wood machining knowledge preferred.
Ability to understand technical drawings and AutoCAD.
Good attention to detail and a flexible approach.
Salary & Benefits:
£13.52 – £14.25 per hour, depending on experience.
Weekly production bonus (subject to qualifying period).
30 days’ holiday including Bank Holidays.
Early Friday finish at 1pm.
On-site parking.
Training and development opportunities.
Friendly, established working environment.
Working Hours:
Monday – Thursday: 8am – 5pm Friday: 7am – 1pm
