Job Description

We’re currently recruiting Warehouse Packers to join a friendly, fast-paced warehouse team in Fareham. If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in accuracy, and like being part of a supportive team, this could be a great fit for you.

What you’ll be doing

As a Warehouse Packer, you’ll play a key role in making sure customer orders are prepared to a high standard and dispatched on time. Your duties will include:

• Picking and packing fan products in line with packing guidelines
• Preparing orders accurately to meet customer requirements
• Labelling products correctly and completing basic documentation
• Using basic warehouse equipment safely
• Ensuring all items are packed securely and meet quality standards
• Following Health & Safety procedures at all times
• Meeting daily productivity targets
• Reporting any stock shortages or issues to the Warehouse Manager
• Supporting other departments within the factory when required

What we’re looking for

You don’t need extensive experience — full training will be provided. We’re looking for people who are reliable, motivated, and keen to learn.

• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work accurately within timeframes
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills
• Previous warehouse or packing experience is helpful but not essential

Working hours

• Monday to Thursday: 07:30 – 16:00
• Friday: 07:30 – 13:00
