This is an excellent opportunity for someone with some TIG welding or fabrication experience who is looking to develop their skills within a specialist manufacturing environment. Full in-house training will be provided, with opportunities for progression and increased pay as your skills develop.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Using hand tools, welding equipment and measuring equipment safely.

  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Good communication skills.
  • A reliable and professional approach to work.

Experience in steel windows and doors, architectural metalwork or precision fabrication would be advantageous but is not essential.

A Level 2/3 Welding & Fabrication qualification, or equivalent experience, would also be beneficial.

  • Permanent, full-time position.
  • Monday to Friday working week.
  • 41.5 hours per week.
  • Full training and development.
  • Tiered pay structure with opportunities for progression.
  • Company-provided tools and equipment.
  • Pension scheme.
  • 28 days’ annual leave including bank holidays.
