The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of project management principles, stakeholder management, and strategic planning, with a track record of delivering cross-functional projects on time and within scope, particularly in fast-paced, high-growth environments. You will work closely with the c-suite to lead, manage, and implement the Executive, New Product Development, and Marketing roadmaps ensuring alignment, driving accountability, and keeping momentum across the business.
Key Duties
Partner closely with our c-suite to drive and coordinate three critical roadmaps; Executive Roadmap – strategic priorities, alignment, and accountability and NPD (New Product Development) Roadmap – timelines, milestones, and cross-functional coordination and Marketing Roadmap – campaign planning, timelines, and delivery tracking
Act as the central hub across teams to ensure priorities are clear, aligned, and progressing as planned.
Facilitate meetings, capture actions, manage timelines, and hold stakeholders accountable.
Help the business grow up without losing its edge: balance governance and pace with a light touch.
Confidently challenge and support leadership when needed, always constructive, never confrontational.
Bring generic but solid project management skills, with the gravitas to lead without needing deep subject matter expertise.
Skills and Knowledge
Proven project management experience (Prince2 or similar), ideally within a high-growth or retail-related environment.
Comfortable working directly with founders and C-suite leaders.
Personable and confident, with strong communication and people skills.
Able to bring structure to ambiguity and guide teams through shifting priorities.
A problem solver, a doer, and a natural organiser.
