You’ll play a key role in helping deliver on communication SLAs by managing key operational workstreams — including Unassigned Emails, Live Chat, and Voicemail — ensuring every client and member receives timely, high-quality support. Main Duties
Support the Service Delivery Specialist in managing the Unassigned mailbox, ensuring all incoming work is allocated promptly and accurately.
Monitor and respond to Live Chat and Voicemail queries, providing timely and helpful support.
Complete actions within the CRM system efficiently and accurately.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of company procedures and client agreements.
Identify and escalate technical issues or suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Skills and Knowledge
Minimum 2 years’ experience working remotely, with a dedicated home office setup free from distractions.
Proven experience in administration, coordination, or client support roles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills — confident in phone, chat, and email interactions.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively.
Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.
Tech-savvy, comfortable learning new systems and platforms quickly.
A proactive, can-do attitude with a genuine passion for helping people.
Working Hours & Benefits
Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm)
£27,500 per annum
