Are you an organised and proactive Customer Fulfilment Co-ordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment with constantly changing priorities? Do you enjoy coordinating multiple tasks, communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, and finding solutions to keep operations running smoothly? Workshop Recruitment is supporting a search for a Customer Fulfilment Co-ordinator to join an Operations team on a temp-to-perm basis. This fully remote role focuses on securing and managing property viewing appointments, ensuring service levels are maintained and customer expectations are exceeded. The successful Customer Fulfilment Co-ordinator will be highly adaptable, able to respond quickly to changing demands, and confident managing multiple priorities simultaneously. This is a reactive operational role where urgent issues can arise throughout the day, requiring excellent organisation, resilience, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
Secure fulfilment of non-urgent appointments while minimising cancellations
Make outbound calls to arrange and confirm appointments
Respond professionally to inbound calls, emails, and live chats
Coordinate with clients and members to resolve scheduling issues
Audit completed appointments to ensure quality standards are met
Review reports, photographs, and deliverables for accuracy
Complete detailed end-of-shift handovers
Support wider operational activities and appointment categories as required
Skills & Knowledge Required
Minimum 2 years' experience working remotely
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Excellent attention to detail and accurate data entry
Confident handling a high volume of outbound and inbound calls
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and workloads
Strong problem-solving skills and a solutions-focused approach
Comfortable working under pressure in a reactive environment
Confident using technology and multiple internal systems
