Are you an experienced Customer Support Advisor with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service across phone, email, social media, and online channels? Workshop Recruitment is supporting a successful and growing business in North Baddesley in the search for a proactive Customer Support Advisor to join their customer service team on a fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused professional who enjoys helping customers, resolving enquiries, and delivering a first-class service experience.

The successful Customer Support Advisor will manage customer enquiries across multiple communication channels, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer enquiries through phone, email, text support, social media, and digital ticketing systems
  • Deliver accurate and professional solutions to customer queries
  • Process returns, exchanges, and customer requests in line with company procedures
  • Update and maintain customer records accurately
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve issues quickly
  • Support continuous improvements in customer satisfaction and service delivery
  • Ensure all enquiries are managed within agreed service levels

Skills & Knowledge Required

  • Previous experience in a customer service or customer support role
  • Strong communication skills across multiple channels
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to follow processes accurately and consistently
  • Positive, enthusiastic, and self-motivated attitude
  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused approach
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident using computer systems and digital platforms

Additional Information

  • 37.5 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm
  • 1 in 4 weekends worked from home (with Monday and Tuesday off in lieu)
  • Office-based role in North Baddesley
  • Free parking, refreshments, and casual dress environment
