Our client is looking for a well-organised and motivated person. They have a full-time position for a Customer Services Account Manager who will manage a portfolio of accounts.

Main Duties

• Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries by processing orders, quotes, and other requests
• Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
• Manage administration
