Groundworker

Job Description

ur client is a well-established building and maintenance company; due to their expansion they are looking for an experienced Groundworker to join the team in the Portsmouth and surrounding areas. You will be carrying out work on a social housing contract, re-active maintenance, planned works, van and fuel card supplied. You must have experience within social housing and re-active maintenance.

You must have extensive knowledge of groundworks and cover all aspects.

Must live within a 20-mile radius of Portsmouth, you must also have the ability to deal with voids, have excellent material knowledge, work on your own / manage your day to day works, liaise with your supervisor, and work with other trades when need be, keep van clean and tidy at all times, must have a clean driving license.

This is a self-employed position, after a three-month period, there may be PAYE options available, or carry on as a self-employed operative, must provide 2 x sources of references.

• Fencing and Boundary work
