Contracts Supervisor

£35,000 per annum

Portsmouth, Hampshire

Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an experienced Contracts Supervisor to oversee and manage various project works covering the South Coast.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience within the building industry or recently qualified graduates.

Good I.T. skills will be essential for any successful applicant- MS Word, excel, etc, as well as ideally knowledge of using CRM-based systems, fully compliant with CDM regulations, and ideally holding an SMSTS qualification.

You must have the ability to work on your own initiative as well as a strong commitment to health and safety, and the ability to ensure the successful planning, delivery, and site management of projects. Ability to work well under pressure and manage varying tasks.
